Content of Listing:
You shall not upload, store, transmit or link to any content that is unlawful, abusive, obscene, hateful, racist, or otherwise objectionable. 3D Listings LLC reserves the sole judgment on what is an appropriate posting. 3D Listings LLC complies with the Fair Housing Act.
You agree to update your listing in a timely manner if your property sells.
Length of Listing:
3 consecutive months, with optional one month extensions.
Secured SSL Technology
When you fill in your personal information, your information will travel securely over the internet with the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
False Identity
When signing up for a 3D Listings LLC's listing, you agree to provide the most accurate information you can during the signup process. We reserve the right to terminate your listing if we believe you are providing misleading information or false identity.
We reserve the right to track IP addresses and block them if we determine our systems are being abused.
Ownership of URL
You agree that use of the listing does not give you Ownership or other rights to the URL that is assigned to your account.
Transfer of listing
You can not transfer your listing to another property.
Termination and Expiration
You may terminate this agreement for any reason at any time by contacting 3D Listings LLC with verbal or written notice.
We may terminate this agreement at any time without prior notice if you fail to comply in with any term of this agreement, or otherwise for any reason upon (30) days written notice to you.
Limitation of Liability; No Warranties; Warnings
Limited Warranty: THE 3D Listings LLC LISTING SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS FROM FAILURE OF THE SUBSCRIBER TO PROPERLY SAFEGUARD THEIR USERNAME AND PASSWORD.
Misc
Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the 3D Listings LLC listing service.
